Council Meeting Agendas 

• Copy of the Council meeting agendas will be available to the public by 5 PM every Friday before the week of the council meeting (Regular council meeting for City of St. John is on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month). 

Council Meeting Minutes

• Official council meeting minutes(signed) will be available to the public by 8 AM every Wednesday after the regular council meeting. You can obtain a copy of the minutes under Council Meeting minutes tab or contact City Hall.
• Draft copy of council meeting minutes(unsigned) will be available to the public at the same time as the meeting agenda.

• Newsletters will be uploaded to our website on the last working day of every month.
